At Heritage Reimagined GB, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return: • Items must be unused and in their original condition
•⁠  ⁠Items must be returned in original packaging
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase is required
Please note: • Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
•⁠  ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
